Have your pickup and delivery cities or ZIP codes, preferred pickup date, and shipment details ready. Include piece count, dimensions, total weight, and your delivery deadline.
For freight, tell us about docks, forklifts, liftgate needs, and access restrictions.
Customer service hours
Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Sunday: No regular customer service hours.
All hours are Eastern Time (Orlando).
Saturday deliveries may be scheduled in advance or requested the same day, subject to availability. Pickups and deliveries outside customer service hours require prior coordination and confirmation.
