What is Delivery On Demand?

DOD connects drivers with cars, cargo vans or pickup trucks with local people and businesses who need help transporting or moving items on demand.

Pick Up

We pick up almost everything, from purchases in stores, warehouses, private sales, businesses, offices, marketplaces, pharmacies and much more.

Delivery

We deliver just about everything, from your purchases in your favorite store to that sofa that you liked so much that you bought is the marketplace.

Payment

Add your payment method either, credit or debit card in the application.

There is a cancellation fee after 10 minutes of service start, whether the user cancels or the driver, the charge is $ 7.50 for cars and $ 10.00 for vans and trucks. After the service started, it is not possible to cancel. Contact Us.

Tips

Yes, you can tip your driver, but tipping is completely optional (though much appreciated by drivers). You'll be able to tip your driver directly through the app once the service has been completed. Our drivers receive 100% of the tip and the tip amount is added to the cost of your service. You can tip cash if you desire.

Our services include the selected vehicle with a one driver, keep in mind that if the item is very heavy and requires two people to load it, you must provide the necessary help to complete the task, for this type of option is that we can offer a fast service , efficient and economical. No helper is provided.

Set Pick up

Tell us where to go and what are we picking up, upload some pictures, also, you can upload the receipt in case you are not at the pick-up location.

Set Drop Off

Tell us where to go and who will receive your items in case you are not be there.

Select Service

Choose the proper service according to your needs, whether is a car for express service, cargo van for larger items or pickup truck for higher and heavier items.

Sit. Relax

Wait for your item (s), with live track, also you can pay, tip and review your driver right in the app.
